Nokia introduces the new Asha210-World’s first dedicated WhatsApp button!

           Nokia Asha 210
The brand new Nokia Asha 210 offers a smarter way to get social. The QWERTY keyboard, WiFi and a dedicated WhatsApp button mean that access to chat is lightning-fast. Not just a socialite, this phone is also a looker, with a distinctive Nokia design and bold colours.
The great quality keyboard will be a favourite with text addicts. As well as WhatsApp, the phone comes with Facebook, Twitter and support for email accounts, so you’ll never be more than a few moments away from status updates, chat and messages.
The Asha 210 is fully equipped for capturing and sharing great photographs. There’s a 2-megapixel camera on the back that can be activated using a dedicated button on the front. This works even when the phone is locked, so you’ll never miss a shot.
The camera comes with smart imaging software that boasts the latest talents. The self-portrait feature gives you voice-guidance on where to point to make sure your face is in the frame. And once you’ve taken your shot, you can edit images directly in the camera app. Then, of course, you can share them using your social networks or the innovative Nokia Slam technology, which allows sharing over Bluetooth, without pairing the devices.

Meet Abby and Brittany - 23-year-old conjoined

Abby and Brittany Hensel with their friends
Abby and Brittany Hensel are conjoined twins determined to live the normal, active life of outgoing 20-somethings anywhere. They have been to university, they travel, they have jobs. But how easy is it for two people to inhabit one body?
Like most 23-year-olds Abby and Brittany Hensel love spending time with their friends, going on holiday, driving, playing sport such as volleyball and living life to the full.
The identical, conjoined twins from Minnesota, in the United States, have graduated from Bethel University and are setting out on their career as primary school teachers with an emphasis on maths.
Although they have two teaching licences, there is one practical difference when it comes to the finances.
"Obviously right away we understand that we are going to get one salary because we're doing the job of one person," says Abby.
"As maybe experience comes in we'd like to negotiate a little bit, considering we have two degrees and because we are able to give two different perspectives or teach in two different ways."
"One can be teaching and one can be monitoring and answering questions," says Brittany. "So in that sense we can do more than one person."
Their friend Cari Jo Hohncke has always admired the sisters' teamwork.
"They are two different girls, but yet they are able to work together to do the basic functions that I do every day that I take for granted," says Hohncke.

What you should never say in your office

Once upon a time and about two jobs ago, one of my colleagues who was so officious that she carried around three clipboards to make sure that she was getting on everybody's nerves, constantly used the expression "going forward." She usually said it after you made a minor mistake that she deemed outrageous, like filling out a purchase order incorrectly or routing a file to the wrong person. At the end of a long chastising lecture, she would announce, "Going forward, you should blah blah, blah." For some reason, it grated. "Why can't she say 'in future?'" I used to grumble.

How to make this coming holiday the best of all

Where did 2012 go? It's almost Thanksgiving, and holiday decorations, wrappings and sales are abound. With the holidays come great anxiety for separating families, especially those newly separated parents who are feeling worried, guilty and cash-strapped for their first holiday in two houses.
In my twelve years at Kids' Turn, I have written extensively on how to navigate the holidays. In my personal life as a single parent and a parent in a blended family, I have some experience with this challenge as well. So I've written ten tips for parents to consider around the holidays. Some of them may seem simple and easy but remember, when our emotions are on overdrive, it is the simple and practical activities that help keep us grounded............Read more
